About our data
Aedificio compiles the public record on Florida condominium buildings into one page per building, so buyers, owners, and board members can see the same facts a lender or inspector would.
Sources
- FL DBPR — condominium association registry, unit counts, milestone applicability (SB 4-D).
- County property records — year built, stories, structure, parcels.
- FEMA NFHL — flood zone and modeled flood exposure.
Freshness
Records are refreshed on our ingest cadence and each page shows when it was last updated. Some fields are still being verified from county records and are marked as pending rather than shown with a placeholder number.
What we do — and don't — claim
We report public facts and clearly attributed third-party model estimates. We do not grade, rank, score, or label buildings, and we do not publish whether a building has a problem. Regulatory status, such as milestone-inspection applicability, is reported as a neutral fact about a class of buildings.
Request a correction
Is this your building or association and something looks wrong? Email corrections@aedificio.co with the building name and the correction, and we'll review it against the source record.
